Refund policy
We do not provide cash refunds. Returns/exchanges will only be approved for the following reasons.
1. The wrong size was sent by Bukuri Brand.
2. The wrong color was sent by Bukuri Brand.
3. The wrong item was sent by Bukuri Brand.
Items that fall within these categories must be returned and delivered to Bukuri Brand within 7 days of delivery date. Shipping, discount code and taxes will be deducted from store credit before it is issued. Store credit will be issued after the item has been inspected and is in the same condition that it was shipped in (All tags still attached). If the item does not meet the return standards, store credit will not be issued. Items that has been worn/has stains will NOT be accepted.
All items purchased with a discount code, during a sale and/or with store credit are considered FINAL SALE.
